Greener Herd provides automated informational guidance for sheep, goats and cattle through WhatsApp, together with educational content and selected farm services. The AI assistant may ask follow-up questions and use previous conversation context.
2. Not a diagnosis or emergency service
The assistant does not perform a physical examination, provide a guaranteed diagnosis or replace a licensed veterinarian. Do not use it as the only source of help for emergencies, severe symptoms, treatment requiring prescription or intervention, or conditions that are worsening. Contact a veterinarian whenever the assistant recommends one or when your judgement indicates urgent care is needed.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate and relevant to the livestock question.
- Use medicines only in accordance with local law, product labels and veterinary instructions.
- Confirm dosage, contraindications and food-animal withdrawal periods with a qualified local professional.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity.
- Do not submit another person's private information without authority.
4. AI limitations
AI-generated answers may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for local conditions. Product availability, disease patterns, regulations and veterinary practice differ by location. You remain responsible for decisions made about your animals.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to provide the service continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, providers, access and pricing may change. The service is currently offered free of charge; we will communicate before introducing a charge for continued use.
6. Intellectual property
Greener Herd owns or licenses the website, branding and original educational material. You may use individual responses for your own farm operations. You may not misrepresent, resell, scrape at scale or use the service to build a competing dataset or system without written permission.
7. Third-party services
The service relies on providers including WhatsApp and AI and hosting platforms. Their own terms may also apply. Greener Herd is not responsible for outages or actions outside its reasonable control.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Greener Herd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on automated guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
